Jane Gentleman
Jane leads all client engagements, working directly with founders, leadership teams and boards on retained search and advisory mandates.
She brings more than 30 years’ experience advising businesses across cleantech, technology, FMCG, infrastructure and complex operational environments.
Her earlier career included working with organisations such as Carphone Warehouse, Marks & Spencer and Hotel Chocolat, building long-term relationships across consumer and technology sectors.
More recently, she has focused on organisations operating in cleantech, environmental services, infrastructure and regulated environments, including Biffa, Oxford Photovoltaics and Martifer, as well as central and local government, alongside private equity and family office investors including Mid Europa and UCEA.
Amanda Clarke
Amanda is Research and Operations Director and a Founding Partner of the business.
She works closely with Jane across all mandates, leading research, market mapping and operations.
Amanda and Jane have worked together for over 22 years, building a long-standing, trusted partnership.
Her earlier career included roles in marketing and research at organisations such as Glenmorangie Whisky Company and St Andrew’s Ambulance Association, alongside work with clients across PR, marketing and recruitment.
Amanda studied Biological Sciences at Napier University.

Following her own experience of cancer and long-term recovery, Jane continues to fundraise for Breast Cancer Care - a cause close to the heart that shapes her perspective on resilience, purpose and the importance of giving back.
